# Ken Thompson ## 概要 Ken Thompson（ケン・トンプソン）は、Bell Laboratories にて Dennis M. Ritchie とともに UNIX の最初期のプロトタイプおよびコア設計（階層ファイルシステム、パイプ、シェル構造）を実装した計算機科学者である。B言語の作成者でもあり、後年は Google にて Go 言語の共同設計を行った。1983年チューリング賞受賞。 ## 出典 - Dennis M.
